Launching the new phase of this popular community included re-vamping branded digital and print collateral, creating an interactive and lifestyle oriented sales office, adding gated materials on the website, and running a successful multi-week print ad campaign.

The flip-book style of this community e-brochure provides product information while visually emphasizing the community and lifestyle of the area.

Sales Office Re-Vamp
Part of meeting client’s expectations was to re-vamp their sales offices with modern flair, lifestyle moments, and virtual tools. The art piece (right), which I designed and built, collaged product materials, area photography, native plants, and thematic crafts to visually emote community lifestyle. The new offices included an interactive Sales Kiosk, acrylic site map, area map, and framed builder story. Throughout the model home, printed plaque cards indicated materials, upgrades, or important features. Agents were provided with printed materials, but in the essence of “going green”, most flyers were adapted into web links which when filled out, published directly to the CRM.

This multi-week campaign highlighting spectacular views and exceptional builder product ran in three local papers, produced over 20 direct sales, an increase of website registrations by 30%, and brand awareness that has sustained for over a year.
